Ace Solitaire is a solitaire card online game based on creating groups of cards that sum up to 11. A unique feature for Ace Solitaire is that all dressed cards, Jacks, Queens and Kings, have been replaced by Aces. This means that there are 16 Aces in the deck.
When you start each round, 22 cards are placed face up in a diamond formation and 30 cards are stacked in your deck. Your task is to create combinations of 2 or more cards that sum up to 11 to remove them. Move through the cards in your deck to try to clear the whole lay-up. If you pass through the cards in the deck without using them they will retake empty spaces in the lay-up. You play over three rounds, each with a different lay-up.
You only have 3 minutes in total to play through all three rounds. Therefore, it is important not to waste too much time in each round. You do not have to clear a lay-up completely to advance to the next round. Instead, you may at any time skip the current lay-up to move to the next one.
Fast play is critical to make sure you reach the end of round three before time runs out. If you end up with a lay-up that is refilling too quickly again it might be smart to move to the next round immediately if time is getting short.
There are many different ways of creating the value 11, especially if you use all the Aces in different ways. So do not always make the first 2 card combination you see as sometimes, a combination with more cards can be used to free up more cards in the remaining lay-up.
